Strive Fitness and Nutrition and Dwayne Hay

Dwayne Hay knows what it takes to stay in shape and become a strong athlete. For years, Dwayne Hay worked hard to hone his body in order to become the perfect athlete. His hard work paid off when he was drafted into the NHL. In 2000 and 2001, Dwayne Hay played for the Calgary Flames.

When Dwayne Hay left hockey, he was hired as an elite trainer for Strive Fitness and Nutrition. Located in Calgary, Alberta Canada, Dwayne Hay became Strive Fitness and Nutrition’s Hockey Coordinator. Dwayne Hay’s role is to develop programs for hockey players and hockey teams. The programs he designs push hockey players to their limits and beyond. The rigorous program designed and implemented by Dwayne Hay is to help athletes reach their ultimate goal: the NHL. Dwayne Hay is proud as an elite trainer to have achieved that goal himself.

Dwayne Hay creates programs specific to the athlete or the team. As Dwayne Hay sees it, custom programs maximize the athlete’s or team’s top potential. As a former hockey player, Strive Fitness and Nutrition uses Dwayne Hay to market the facility and programs. Dwayne Hay also markets any future events or programs designed or organized by Strive Fitness and Nutrition.

As an elite trainer, there are several values that remain important to Dwayne Hay. First and foremost, Dwayne Hay wants athletes to be hard working. Hockey players do not make it to the NHL if they do not put their all into their workouts. Dwayne Hay also works with integrity. He is honest with his trainees. He is not brutal in his training but he does not sugarcoat the truth. Trainees hear from Dwayne Hay exactly what they need to do to achieve athletically. Dwayne Hay also knows how to train. From his own years training and practicing as a NHL Calgary Flames player, Dwayne Hay has the knowledge and experience of success to pass on to aspiring future NHL players.
